Shipping & Delivery

All SUNLUXA orders ship from our secure BrandsGateway warehouses in Sweden, Germany, Spain and Italy. Every parcel is sent via premium couriers (UPS, DHL or FedEx) with tracking.


1 • Order Processing

Times are estimates, not guarantees. High‑season peaks, weather events or customs inspections may add extra days.


3 • Delivery Guarantee (UK/EU)

UK & EU consumer law requires delivery within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Our longest quoted window is 7 business days; if we cannot deliver within 30 calendar days you may cancel for a full refund.


4 • Duties, Taxes & VAT

  • EU customers: VAT is included in your checkout price; no further duties on delivery.
  • UK customers: Orders under £135 have VAT collected at checkout. Orders over £135 may attract import VAT or customs; we will advise before dispatch.
  • USA & Rest of World: Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

5 • Address Accuracy & Remote Areas

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SUNLUXA is not liable for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Carriers may apply remote‑area surcharges. We’ll contact you before dispatch if additional fees apply; you may cancel for a full refund.

6 • Failed Delivery, Unclaimed Parcels & Reshipment

  • If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs charges, we can reship once the item is back in stock. Reshipping fees (and any return‑to‑sender charges) are payable by the customer.
  • Alternatively, we can refund the item price minus original shipping and any carrier return costs.

7 • Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • A shipment is considered lost if there has been no tracking movement for 15 days (UK/EU) or 25 days (Rest of World).
  • Email support@sunluxa.com and we will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed‑lost parcels are replaced free or refunded in full.
  • Items damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photos and the packaging; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8 • Packaging Notice

Your order may arrive in BrandsGateway’s protective packaging. Outer labels can identify the EU warehouse of origin. This does not affect product authenticity or your rights.


9 • Countries We Cannot Ship To

We do not currently ship to: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria due to carrier restrictions or trade sanctions.


10 • Force Majeure

SUNLUXA is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier network failures or pandemic‑related border closures.
