Are Sunluxa’s designer sunglasses authentic?
Absolutely. Every designer pair we stock is sourced through authorised distributors and arrives with the original manufacturer’s branding, SKU numbers and quality markings. Non‑designer items in our curated collection are produced by vetted suppliers to the same UV400 standard.
Do all sunglasses provide UV protection?
Yes. Every frame we sell—designer or label‑free—uses UV400 lenses, blocking 100 % of UVA and UVB rays for maximum ocular safety.
Can I fit prescription lenses?
Many of our acetate or metal frames can accept prescription lenses. We don’t currently offer lens replacement in‑house, but most opticians can glaze the frames for you. Please consult your optician before purchase—returns on modified items are not accepted.
How fast is shipping and do you ship worldwide?
  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days from our UK facility
  • UK orders: Tracked 24‑ to 48‑hour service (shown at checkout)
  • Europe & North America: 4–8 business days (carrier & service selected at checkout)
  • Rest of World: 5–12 business days on average
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import tax?
UK VAT is included on all UK orders. International customers may incur import duties and local taxes when the shipment reaches your country—these are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local thresholds before ordering.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day no‑questions return window. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging (including tags and protective film). Start a return by emailing support@sunluxa.com with your order number.
Is there a warranty?
All products are covered by a 12‑month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn’t cover accidental damage, scratches, or wear‑and‑tear.
What packaging do you use?
Orders ship in plastic‑free, recyclable packaging. We support carbon‑neutral delivery options and continually review suppliers to reduce environmental impact.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal are all supported. All transactions are SSL‑encrypted for security.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@sunluxa.com and we’ll do our best. Once shipped, you can return the item under our 30‑day policy.
